Tools and sources
You supply calculator inputs and remain responsible for checking assumptions against actual terms. Rules and vacancies change. Confirm relevant requirements with the authority or recruiting operator. Browser-only records are your responsibility to back up.
Accounts
Members must be at least 18. Use a pseudonym and a strong password, protect your recovery code, and do not impersonate another person. Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate salary research, evade moderation or overwhelm the service. No email recovery is provided.
Salary contributions
Submit only your own actual compensation, accurately classified by period, currency and work arrangement. Do not disclose personal data about others, confidential employer documents or material you lack permission to share. One account may hold one report per calendar year. A replacement returns the report to moderation.
Submitting gives Fly HR permission to store, moderate and use the report in grouped research under the privacy notice. It does not guarantee publication. Reports may be rejected or withdrawn where inaccurate, inconsistent, abusive or unsuitable. You can withdraw your report from your account.
Research limitations
Moderation does not verify payroll or represent an endorsement of any employer. Samples are self-selected and may contain errors or manipulation. Public summaries use minimum group sizes but cannot guarantee that no inference can ever be made.
Acceptable use and third parties
Do not attack the service, attempt to identify contributors, access another person’s account or misuse private information. Third-party job-board links are recommendations; applications and agreements take place with the relevant provider. No clause is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
